Barbour is a British luxury fashion brand launched by Scotsman John Barbour in 1894. Recognised by its weather-proof outdoor wear collection, Barbour has become a staple in creating waxed cotton coats – so much so that any waxed cotton coat is typically labelled a ‘Barbour jacket’. Barbour’s prestige became royally warranted by Queen Elizabeth, Prince Phillip and Prince Charles. Since 2004, Lord James Percy has influenced the branding and design of Barbour’s shooting range.
